Our 12 week journey together
1. Welcome to the Group
Meet and greet your fellow group members, connect with yourself and with each other through a facilitated group session.
2. Reject Diet Mentality
Stop getting angry at the lies that have led you to feel as if you were a failure every time a new diet stopped working.
3. Honour Your Hunger
Learn how to keep your body biologically fed with adequate fuelling for the energy you need for your day.
Use some gentle nourishment with nutrient dense foods and/or your wholefoods supplement to respect your level of hunger.
4. Make Peace With Your Food
Call a truce; stop the food fight! Give yourself unconditional permission to eat with love, with nourishment and with alignment.
5. Challenge Food Police
Scream a loud NO to thoughts in your head that declare you're "good" for eating under a 1,000 calories or "bad" because you ate a piece of chocolate cake.
6. Respect Your Fullness
Learn to listen to your body for signals that tell you that you are no longer hungry. Observe the signs that cue, you are comfortably full.
7 Discover Satisfaction
Discover The Satisfaction Factor and understand the underlying psychological triggers that are causing you to keep eating past your true 'full state'.
8. Honour Your Feelings Without Food
Find ways to comfort, nurture, distract and resolve your emotional issues without using food.
9. Respect Your Body
Respect your body so you can feel better about who you are. Create a plan to show yourself some new-found self-respect. Because you are a friggn queen!
10. Gentle Exercise
Stop the punishment of working out, instead think of exercise as an act of self care and self love.
11. Gentle Nutrition
Progress, not perfection, this is what counts! Gently introducing some nourishment into the meals you love or crave and leveling up with some nutrients.
12. Gratitude
Gratitude is like a muscle: the more you work it, the stronger it gets!! Energy flows where attention goes, so be sure to express gratitude to yourself and your amazing body. I il also teach you how to cultivate gratitude for your food and meals.

I reside in regional Victoria, Australia with my family of 'boystress boys.' We love to travel and explore the beauty this country has to offer. I am a super passionate, high-energy woman, who believes life should be fruitful and lived with great quality.
As a long-term health-nut it brings me so much joy to put my passion and hobby to creating lasting change in women struggling with their weight and body image.
I am a Nutritionist, Life Coach, Master NLP practitioner and family wellness advocate. My mission is to help women ditch the diet culture, rebuild food relationships, recreate their body image and repair gut health that may have been damaged by yo-yo cycle dieting and FAD trending.
Sometimes fueling our body and soul means being able to eat the darn donut without the after guilt.... And I coach you, how to create that beautiful balance.

We have one group zoom session of 40 minutes per week for 12 weeks and you will need to commit your own personal time of 10- 20 minutes a day to journal, reflect and complete any activities set out for you
